Our family had a great experience with Lodestar; smooth, straightforward, and swift. In August of 2022, we unfortunately lost our home in a fire. We had a very unpleasant experience with another local contractor (not of our choosing) whome set our path forward back months. We explained our situation to Jason at Lodestar, and he immediately went to bat for us with our insurance and got them on board with the rebuild. It was 'hit the ground running' . Jason assisted us with all the permitting and paperwork logistics and the demo was underway. Then Jason introduced us to the man that would be the PM of our project, Alex B. We couldn't of asked for a better guy for the job. Alex is a "boots on the ground" worker and immediately got to work. He has a great eye for details and truly knew the ins and outs of all the processes involved with our project. He made suggestions, but let us make the calls. He provided options, and gave information behind them. It genuinely felt like a team effort. Between Jason always being readily available for contractual questions or concerns, to Alex being available for all building questions... it was way less stressful than anticipated given the circumstances. They turned a devastating nightmare into a relatively smooth process that was completed 3 months ahead of schedule. They delivered us the best Christmas present we could have asked for... our new home.
